Welcome to the International School of Prague, where 800 students ages 3 to 18, from 60 countries learn and develop in a challenging and nurturing multicultural environment. ISP offers students an outstanding international education centered on inquiry, enduring understandings and life long learning. We believe that our goal is to Inspire Learners for Life. ISP students receive a challenging and enjoyable educational experience focused on the development of the whole child - mind, body and character. This is accomplished through a holistic standards-based curriculum, as well as a vibrant, wide ranging after school program. As a US and Internationally accredited school, ISP students graduate with a US high school diploma and most achieve the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma.
At the core of any great school is its faculty. ISP teachers and administrators are experienced and highly qualified professionals who are committed to the learning and development of each student. ISP teachers and administrators are held to a set of core professional standards that include the expectation to work collaboratively, communicate openly, address the learning needs of each student, and to continuously improve through ongoing professional development.
Parents too play a crucial role at ISP. They are partners in their children’s education and help to make the school a welcoming and warm environment.
ISP Expansion/Enhance Project
With our entire campus currently undergoing an extensive extension and enhancement project, the ISP community is particularly excited about returning for the new school year.
When students, parents and staff do return to school, they will encounter a completely revitalized campus inside and out, with new classrooms, multipurpose rooms, administrative offices, expanded art rooms, new band room and practice rooms and new science lab. In addition, all classrooms will have been completely remodeled and the entire campus relandscaped. This extensive project will ensure that ISP continues to provide its students with an outstanding international education and maintain its position as the premier international school in the region.
