The first step in the admission process is the submission of a completed application form. The application with the accompanying documents will be reviewed by the appropriate Principal and placed in an Applicant Pool pending available openings. Admission may be granted, denied or the School may place the student in a Waiting Pool in case a class is full. Selection of students for admission is based on the School capacity to ensure balance and diversity, inclusion, challenge, success, as well as to meet applicant s needs. In all cases, the parents will be notified in writing about the status of the application two weeks after the completed records have been received. Testing and/or screening may be required depending on submitted documents, grade level and language proficiency. For admission into Grades 9-12, knowledge of the English language must be of an acceptable standard. Before a decision on admission can be made, an English test will be given to all non-native English speakers.
