International Baccalaureate
altFounded in the 1960s, International Baccalaureate Organization grew out of international school efforts to establish a common curriculum and university entrance credentials for geographically mobile students.

ISP is one of about 2,000 schools in about 130 countries to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, a rigorous pre-university course of studies, leading to examinations, that meets the needs of highly motivated students between the ages of 16 and 19.

Designed as a comprehensive two-year curriculum, the IB program allows its graduates to fulfill requirements that are recognized worldwide. Students study six subject areas, at least three of them in depth. Only schools authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization are eligible to teach the Diploma Program curriculum and to register candidates for examination.
